Note the fracture at the left 7th rib. Note as well the fracture with callous at the left 9th rib. What are the diagnostic possibilities? Non- accidental trauma is certainly at the top of the list. Who would you consult?
I would consult cardiology since his heart seem to be large in this image. The fracture could be associated with resuscitation. I am assuming that the image was taken to ensure NG tube right position.
