This is neither a greenstick nor a buckle fracture as it goes completely through the bone from one cortex to the other. On the lateral one can appreciate minimal displacement with only minor angulation.
The radius appears quite bent in addition to the fracture. Would this degree of a bend be found in adult trauma as well, or is it exclusive to peds with adults more likely to show a more comminuted fracture?
